My wife and I booked 4 nights here, and it was a wonderful Experience. Nightclub smelled amazing and wasn't overly crowded or crazy as they sometimes are. Wish the pool was heated, backyard games were awesome. Upon checking in miguel was very helpful glad we got to stay on the 4th floor so noise wasn't really an issue. Would happily stay here again.
To be honest, I booked under Hotels Tonight, and I was worried because of the reviews there, but they were 8 plus years old. So I went to Google and the reviews were good. So I took the chance. And I am glad I did. The room was very nice. (Maybe freshly remondeled). The location was great, (just across the street from Fremont Street). Security. But the service was Amazing. Extremely friendly staff. Especially Jeme, who accommodated my needs as I was staying in a 21 and over room. Then my son joined me on my 3rd night. Will definitely stay again! Wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting downtown LV. Would highly recommend a stay at Oasis at Gold Spike. Great staff, clean, well maintained rooms, great location (only a block from all things eventful). Coffee was provided in the morning, such a nice perk - I sat out by the pool drinking it. I don’t know if I’ll ever stay on the strip again. Thank you - Emily
The accommodation delivered exactly what it promised for the price paid. The receptionist, Kris, was very friendly from the beginning, providing all the information and being very attentive. Our room was not located in the reception area but in a building next door, which I had already been informed about, and it did not affect the experience at all. We also enjoyed the pool area, which is great, and the room was clean with everything working properly. I would definitely recommend staying there!
I love this place. It’s clean, comfortable, secure, and maintains the vibe of Fremont street. Fremont street begins literally one block away. Kris at the front desk is especially friendly, helpful, and personable. All of the staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and updated while the original (now retro) decor of the hotel is intact. Being attached to the bar/restaurant/arcade/playground offers nice, safe options 24/7, and the pool is beautiful.
I have enjoyed my time here at the Oasis, the location is perfect walking distance to Fremont. Workers are nice and helpful. I would come back. Great prices. I love the atmosphere, i felt safe here while still in the middle of all the downtown action. Rooms are older but updated nicely, spacious and cute view. Place is very clean. Ear plugs are provided, some samples. 10/10
Tldr; Good place to lay your head at an afforable price. Tuesday night - 70$ish on booking for 2 bed. Hallways smells like fabuloso (which can be a hit or miss for some, but at least we know it's clean) - but the rooms smell very clean! 2 sets of ear plugs were provided that were pretty good. They are like the 7$ Amz ones you find online. There wasn't a lot of noise for being a Tues night so I was happy. Bed and pillow was comfy. Now the room cleaniness - probably good. The shower was hot. Maintance of the room was ok - shower faucet was still running when the shower head was turned on. Hard to close the door with two people in the bathroom - door hits right to the toliet but honestly no issues here. Provided tolietries were enough for a night but only 3 towels for 4 people (need to ask for the last one). Overall; good for one night stay!
The room was very clean and well kept, which I really appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff made the process smooth. It was also nice and quiet at night, so we were able to rest comfortably without any noise disturbances. They also have a nice outside entertainment area, which was a great added feature and made the stay more enjoyable. The only downside was that the shower didn’t get very hot, which was a bit disappointing. Also, even though we were staying at the hotel, we still had to show ID to get into the club on-site. I understand security reasons, but it would’ve been nice if hotel guests had a smoother entry process.
